1. How long does the battery last? How long does it take to charge?
    • Battery life usually lasts about 8 hours of music playback and about 4 hours of video playback, depending on your settings. The initial charge of the device should be 4 hours, while any subsequent charges should last approximately 2 hours.

  2. Is this compatible with iTunes, Rhapsody, WMP, etc...?
    • Yes, as long as the files are in the correct format. Make sure files are either in MP3 or unprotected WMA for best results.

  3. How do you add music?
    • First, make sure your files are in the correct format. Then drag-and-drop files to the player (some players require you to drop the files into the AUDIO folder, check your user manual for more information)

  4. I am getting a message that says "Invalid File Format", what does that mean?
    • You have uploaded a file that is not recognized by the device, or is a DRM-protected file. Check your source file and make sure it is in the correct format.

  5. Can I organize my music?
    • Most players you can simply drag and drop files to your device. On some models, like the E5 Series, you can organize your files into subfolders and arrange your files by artist, genre, album name, etc… Note that not all of the players support subfolders.

  6. How do I add videos?
    • First, install the video conversion software that came with your player to your PC. After the software is installed, run any videos you would like on your player through the converter and add the converted files to the player, usually into a folder labeled VIDEO on the device.

  7. Why won't my videos play?
    • The videos may not be in the correct format or resolution. Make sure to run all videos through the video conversion software that came with your player to ensure proper playback.

  8. Can I expand the memory of my MP3 Player?
    • Most models have expandable memory (MicroSD- card not included) Some models that do NOT have MicroSD slot: EM122AUD2GB, EM124AUD4GB, EM102VID, EM104VID & EM108VID.

  9. Can I connect this to my car?
    • If your car has an AUX input, you can use a 3.5mm cord and connect to the player for playback through your car speakers.
